George "Buz" Keenan

Buz comes to Corcoran Sawyer Smith after almost a decade with Hudson Place Realty. Prior to that, Buz spent 30 years in the Advertising business, and a good portion of that time was spent at Tennis Magazine. Buz is a 35-year Hoboken resident and has experienced the town’s re-birth firsthand. He and his wife, Sue, raised their son in their 130 year old brownstone on Bloomfield St. An understanding of the local market is essential when considering a move … and that is what Buz offers - personal insight and a family perspective. “Knowledge is Power and I try to insure that my clients have the knowledge to make informed decisions”. When not at work, Buz is a little league coach, a less-than-adequate golfer, and a member of the Elks.
